BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Take out of the freezer and let thaw, let rise for 1-hour approx. When it doubled, it's size. If working with a proofer, program relative humidity to 60 and 90 o F. temp. For 25-30 minutes or until it doubles its size. Take out of the proofer and let dry for 2 mins. Apply an egg wash and bake for 23-27 minutes or until golden brown at 325°F (if it's a convection oven adjust temp to 275° )
