This delicious bread from the danish pastry, combines a soft dough rolled with ground White cheese, great companion for your meals, finish it with your preferred topping and use it for any occasion. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Take out of the freezer and let thaw, let rise for 45 mins. approx. When it doubled its size, apply an egg wash and sprinkle cheese or your choice of topping on top. If working with a proofer, program relative humidity to 60 and 90 o F. temp. For 25-30 minutes or until it doubles its size. Take out of the proofer and let dry for 2 mins. Apply an egg wash and sprinkle cheese on top (included) Bake for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown at 325°F (if it's a convection oven adjust temp. to 275°)
