Delicious Latin bread, made with natural ingredients, filled with dulce de leche, hand rolled by our expert bakers. For its texture, size and flavor this bread is simply delicious and perfect at any time. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Take out of the freezer and let thaw, let rise for 1-hour approx. When it doubled, it's size, apply an egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top. If working with a proofer, program relative humidity to 60 and 90 o F. temp. For 25- 30 minutes or until it doubles its size. Take out of the proofer and let dry for 2 mins. Apply an egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown at 325°F (if it's a convection oven adjust temp. to 275° )
